He has experienced successes and shortfalls in his business, corporate and personal endeavors and weaves the resulting lessons throughout his leadership and consulting practice. Rick’s corporate and personal background combined with his values based approach to leadership and team development is unusual and effective in creating real, lasting change.
With over 25 years of practical coaching, mentoring, speaking and facilitating workshops in corporate environments and personal counseling settings, Rick offers effective and rewarding experiences that are enjoyable yet challenging as clients strive grow their leadership effectiveness and reach their specific goals. His workshops and individual development programs apply the latest assessment tools, best practices and development techniques to create insight and offer alternative innovative leadership approaches. Rick has served on a number of for profit and non-profit board of directors and as Dean at Liberty University and San Diego Christian College. He earned his Ph.D. in Organizational Leadership from Regent University . Rick also holds a B.S. in Industrial Technology from Southern Illinois University Carbondale and an M.A.R. in pastoral counseling from Liberty University supplemented by advanced studies in business at Temple University.
